Simple Exercising Hints...
simple really is best...
I will be posting a number of exercise hints over the next number of weeks that will help you to get in the mood and also help you to want to and to continue to want to exercise...
1st Hint:
Find a workout you actually like to do... Sitting on the couch crunching potato chips is not the crunching you need for your body to get healthy... Find something right now, this very day, this very minute that you can continue to do for the next number of days... The important thing here is the "CONTINUING TO DO IT " part..
.
Some of you may enjoy similar things but there is always a difference for each individual's meaning of "like to do" so we all usually enjoy something even a slight bit different. So find it right now...
You want to burn more calories a day than you do now...

You want to burn more calories a day than you do now...
So the first step is to find that thing you can do every day without fail...and like Nike says, Just Do It! Don't overthink it... Just do it... More thought can go into the next steps but this one is and needs to be a no-brainer...
If you like walking, go for a longer or faster walk... If you like jumping rope, do the amount that you know you can do every day...
The point is, if you are looking forward to doing that one thing every day, you’ll actually continue to do it.
Once you have that done and succeed in doing it for 21 days... Yes, only 3 weeks, then you will have a new habit that you, your brain and your body will want to do unconsciously... Set yourself up for succeses by writing down the exercise you will do for the 21 days... But please concentrate on the first week and make sure it gets done everyday that first week... The second week will get easier and the thrrd even moreso...
That is the success...
The next step is right around the corner... Yes, the first step is a baby step, but baby steps lead to bigger steps and to lifelong health... Take that first baby step right now...
Keep on keeping on... R.S.
